About Urban Mission School
We support the young people other schools are unable to, using innovative teaching methods and personalised support. Why? Because we believe there is innate potential in everyone. And we really do mean everyone. Each pupil that attends UMS has a team of dedicated professionals in their corner to help them throughout their studies.
UMS’s journey began in 2003 when a group from a local church began supporting young people in the local schools across the area of Lewisham.
Over three decades, we have built a reputation as an organisation that puts the needs of young people first and works tirelessly to help them progress. That objective remains the same today, and will continue to guide us in the future.
