About Salisbury Cathedral School
Salisbury Cathedral School was founded in 1091 as the choir school of Salisbury Cathedral (one of the oldest Norman foundations). The school operates today in the Salisbury Cathedral Close (a Grade I listed medieval precinct, the cathedral's spire is the tallest medieval cathedral spire in Britain). The school is co-educational ages 3-13 with a substantial boarding population. The Head is Clare Bradbury.
