About Moreton Hall
Moreton Hall School was founded in 1913 as a small girls' boarding school on the Welsh-Shropshire border, near Oswestry. The school operates today on a 100-acre rural campus and educates girls ages 3-18 with a substantial boarding population. The Principal is Sarah Forster. The school is a member of the GSA and the Boarding Schools Association and is inspected by the ISI. The school operates a substantial bursary programme intended to provide educational access for academically able girls regardless of family means, and maintains a particularly strong equestrian programme reflecting the rural campus.
