About Malvern St James
Malvern St James was formed in 2006 from the merger of Malvern Girls' College (founded 1893), St James's and the Abbey School. The school operates today on the Malvern Hills, Worcestershire, and is girls-only ages 4-18 with a substantial boarding population. The Headmistress is Olivera Raraty. The school is a member of the GSA and the Boarding Schools Association. Caroline Lucas — the former Green Party leader and Brighton Pavilion MP — was at Malvern Girls' College in the 1970s.
