About Ludgrove School
Ludgrove School was founded in 1892 as a boys' boarding prep school in Wokingham, Berkshire. The school operates today on a 130-acre rural campus and is boys-only ages 8-13, fully boarding. The Head is Simon Barber. The school is a member of the IAPS and the Boarding Schools Association.
The school's most internationally famous pupils are the two sons of King Charles III: HRH The Prince of Wales (William, future King William V) attended Ludgrove from 1990 to 1995 before progressing to Eton, and HRH The Duke of Sussex (Prince Harry) attended Ludgrove from 1992 to 1998 before also progressing to Eton. The school operates a substantial bursary programme.
