About Lambrook School
Lambrook School was founded in 1860 as a small Church of England preparatory school near Winkfield, Berkshire, in the Windsor Great Park countryside. The school operates today on a 52-acre rural campus and is co-educational ages 3-13 with around 623 pupils. The Headmaster is Jonathan Perry. The school is a member of the IAPS and the Boarding Schools Association.
The school's contemporary international profile rests on the children of the Prince and Princess of Wales: HRH Prince George of Wales, HRH Princess Charlotte of Wales and HRH Prince Louis of Wales — the three eldest grandchildren of HM King Charles III, all in direct succession to the British throne — have all attended Lambrook School since 2022 when their parents moved to Adelaide Cottage at Windsor (about a mile from the school). The school is the first preparatory school to educate three direct British royal heirs simultaneously since the early twentieth century. The school operates a substantial bursary programme.
