About Hyland House School

In addition to striving for academic excellence, we cater for the spiritual, mental, social, physical and cultural development of our pupils. Children are encouraged to understand their strengths and growth points and to develop knowledge, skills and understanding that will help them to have a positive sense of self. Children enjoy and share in engaging assemblies where they pray, share their learning, experience character-development teaching and energetically participate in hearty singing. Whilst relating to others and learning to appreciate differences and similarities, British Values are lived and friendships are made that often last a lifetime.
We provide varied extra-curricular activities to enhance our pupils’ experience provide opportunities to enter competitions, develop drama skills, present their productions and enhance public speaking ability.
